Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kg round gourd (tinda)


  • 3/4 cup grated paneer


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp or according to taste salt


  • 1/2 cup cream


  • 1 Finley chooped green chilli


  • 1 tsp grated ginger


  • 2 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Directions

  • Wash ,peal all the round gourds and cut into desirable shape .
  • Scoop out the seeds.
  • In a mixing bowl mix well paneer,chilli,ginger,red chilli powder and salt.
  • Fill all gourds with paneer stuffing.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add cumin seeds ,onion ,garlic,turmeric powder, coriander powder .
  • Now add stuffed gourds and cover with lid to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or till softened.
  • Add cream n cook for a minute.
  • Off the flame and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
